STUDIO POLICIES

No smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or in the building.

No eating or drinking:

There is no eating or drinking inside the studio.

BOOKING POLICIES & CONDITIONS

Booking:

Nowhere Studios requires a full deposit before the start of any services. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Setup:

Setup time may be required for larger sessions and will be billed at the session rate.

Extensions:

Session extensions are at the discretion of the engineer and billed accordingly at the end of the session.

Unused Session Time:

We do not refund unused time or prorate studio sessions. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your session, contact the studio and your engineer ASAP. Sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your session start time. Cancellation with less than 48 hour’s notice will incur a cancellation fee:

• Sessions cancelled 24-48 hours prior to session start time will only receive a 50% refund.

• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to session start time will receive no refund.

Late Arrival and No-Shows:

Your session begins at your scheduled session time. Time will not be added for late arrival. If you do not arrive within 45 minutes of your scheduled start time, your session with be cancelled without refund.

FILES

Deliverables:

All relevant files (bounces, exports) will be completed and delivered by the end of the scheduled session time. Please remember to bring your own hard drive. Nowhere Studios is not responsible for any client deliverables 7 days after your session.
